Viola Elementary field day was a great success. I believe all the kids had a great time. Thank you to Chris Waltrip, Tori Moss and North Arkansas Electric Cooperative for providing lunch to all the kids and the elementary staff.

Viola Elementary School will be offering a KINDERBOOST program for our new kindergarten students. This is an exciting opportunity for these students to get familiar with the school and their teachers before all other students are present.

Just a reminder that Yearbook sales are due tomorrow May 17th. Cost is $35. If you have any questions please contact Ms. Gracie 870-458-4013.

Since first grade has been learning a lot about American symbols and landmarks, Miss McIntosh's class did an exciting end of the year project for extra credit. Students made models of important government buildings. Most chose The White House, but there were a couple who decided to be more localized by choosing post offices.

So proud of these kiddos! Audrie, Baylee, and Kevin all received their CNA Certificate of Proficiency and Gavin received his Certificate of Proficiency in Welding. Way to go! #hookemhorns
